- authorised recruitment representatives;
- individual business owners hiring for genuine roles.
Required information
- company or business name;
- authorised contact person and official contact details;
- job title and number of vacancies;
- work location and employment type;
- qualification, experience and salary where applicable;
- accurate job description;
- genuine application method and closing date.
Content that is not allowed
- fake, misleading or unauthorised vacancies;
- jobs demanding payment to personal accounts;
- illegal, exploitative or unsafe work;
- misleading salary or location information;
- discriminatory requirements not supported by law;
- multi-level marketing disguised as employment;
- adult, gambling or unlawful business promotions;
- requests for OTPs, banking passwords or remote access.
Application and interview responsibility
NE Job Desk publishes job information only. The employer must provide its own application, interview and hiring process and remain responsible for candidate communication, selection, salary and workplace conditions.
Verification
We may verify the company website, official email, telephone number, business address, supporting document or authority of the person submitting the vacancy.
Small businesses without a formal website may be asked for reasonable alternative proof such as business location, shop details or an authorised contact.
Editing and removal
We may correct formatting, remove unnecessary personal information, add a safety warning, reject a submission or remove a published job that becomes expired, suspicious or inaccurate.
Employers should notify us when a vacancy is filled, cancelled or materially changed.
Candidate fees
Employers must clearly disclose any lawful application fee and the authorised payment channel. Hidden charges, refundable security deposits and personal UPI collection are not permitted.
Repeated violations
Repeated misleading submissions may result in rejection of future listings, removal of existing notifications or blocking of the related contact details.
