NE Job Desk is an independent job-information and notification portal. We publish information about government and private employment opportunities, results, admit cards, answer keys, scholarships and related updates.

We are not a government department, employer, recruitment agency, placement consultant or party to any employment agreement.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You should stop using the portal if you do not agree with them.

We aim to publish useful and accurate information, but job details may be supplied by government sources, employers or other third parties and may change without notice.

• Verify eligibility, vacancy, salary, dates and fees from the official source.
• Confirm that the application link belongs to the stated employer or authorised service.
• Do not rely only on summaries displayed by this portal.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, applications are submitted directly to the employer, government portal or authorised external platform. We do not receive resumes, conduct interviews, choose candidates or guarantee employment.

Hiring decisions, interviews, salary, workplace conditions, background checks and employment contracts are solely matters between the applicant and the relevant employer.

The portal currently does not charge job seekers to view job notifications and does not collect application payments. No portal refund process therefore applies to these free informational services.

Any fee mentioned in an official recruitment notification is payable to the relevant authority or employer through its authorised channel, not to NE Job Desk.

You must not:

• use the portal for unlawful or fraudulent activity;
• submit false, misleading or unauthorised job content;
• attempt to damage, overload or bypass website security;
• scrape or republish portal-created content unlawfully;
• impersonate an employer, authority or portal employee;
• use portal information to deceive, harass or exploit job seekers.

A person submitting a private job notification confirms that they are authorised to represent the employer and that the information supplied is accurate, lawful and not misleading.

We may verify, edit for formatting, reject, suspend or remove a submission that is incomplete, expired, suspicious, unlawful or inconsistent with our publishing standards.

The portal's original design, branding, arrangement and portal-created content belong to their respective rights holders. Government documents, employer names, trademarks, logos and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NE Job Desk is not responsible for recruitment decisions, rejected applications, missed deadlines, employer conduct, third-party failures or losses arising from reliance on unverified information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may revise these Terms when our services or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by the competent courts having jurisdiction over the portal operator's registered place of business.
